Get Connected with Summer Events

School is out and it's summer break! This summer, we've got a few different things happening every week, and if you're curious to know what they are, you're in the right place.

Get your student involved in our youth events this Summer. These events will be weekly on Tuesdays for students going into grades 5-7, and Wednesdays for students going into grades 8-12. Some of these weekly events are BBQs, lake days, and beach nights, and they're all based around fun and connection. Check out all the details at

For students going into grades 8-12 who have the desire to go deeper in their faith, they can get connected into our weekly discipleship program on Thursdays 6-7:30PM. We're going to dive deep into the Gospel, discover why it matters, and how we should respond to our salvation in a contemporary context. Contact Joshua at for more info!

This year, we are launching our first-ever Northgate Youth Camp! This is the year we are having our very own camp because we believe this wil be a key factor in creating culture and connection with students. We'll be running two camps, with High School Camp on August 6-8th and Junior Youth Camp on August 16-18th. Northgate Youth Camp will run from the afternoon to late evenings all happening at Selah Campsite in Courtenay. Each camp will have day time activities, a dinner, a worship service, and more! Registration is now open, so head over to to find the link.

We want to be proactive in the ways we carry out in-person ministry. In this time we want to be creative and intentional, yet wise. As far as priority goes, we have to remember that ministry that is not conducted in a considerate manner, is not ministry at all. With this in mind, as a community, we must act in safe ways that minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. Northgate Youth

We are the youth ministry of Northgate Church. At Youth, our mission is all about connection. We want students to find a safe place to connect with other students, with leaders who care about them, the Church, and most importantly, with God. Our leaders love to hang out with students, and we do everything we can to keep Youth a fun and safe place to be.

Throughout the year we have summer events, retreats, and our very own youth conference called Consumed! Click HERE to check out the Consumed website!

In addition to our weekly events, we have social media engagements. We have announcements and content out on our social media platforms for students to engage in. Click HERE for all the social links.
